The Cinema
The Colosseum Cinema venue has 3 screening rooms that can accommodate up to 30 people at a time, with a mixture of comfy leather sofas and individual seats you’ll feel instantly at home.
Cinema 1 has a 97 inch projector screen with Dolby Atmos surround sound with 13 speakers creating an incredibly life like big cinema experience.
Cinemas 2 and 3 having an equally powerful surround sound system and large screens.
Most days we show 2 films of different genres, including an afternoon matinee, followed by an evening film. The film schedules can be found on our listings page.
The Bar
The Colosseum has a fully stocked bar of draught beers, ales, ciders, wines and spirits and is open to all, whether you are watching a movie or not.
You’ll receive a warm welcome from the owner or his team of friendly staff and a mix of great background music.
As you can see from the pictures below the bar itself is uniquely decorated with the walls and ceilings adorned with all sorts of breweriana. (Brewery related collectibles).

Monday/Tuesday – Closed, but available for private hire bookings.
Wednesday – 5pm – 11pm
Thursday/Friday/Saturday – 3pm – 11pm
Sunday – 2pm – 9pm
